Papa Gino's

This is one of the most slowest and unorganized Papa Gino's I've ever been to. Everytime I order something here it tales 15 to 25 minutes longer then they tell you. Even on phone orders. This place needs a overhaul of employees and specially management. I'm never going there again. #Papasucks We ordered our food at 5:30pm it's now 6:36 and we are still waiting!

First time ordering from this papa ginos. Took an extra half hour on top of the 45 minute projected time to get my pizza, no call from the place or explanation upon delivery. Not only was the pizza not made well (cut poorly little to no crust on some slices, the worst part is it was barely lukewarm upon delivery. Nothing is worse than waiting extra time for an almost cold pizza. Was moments away from calling to cancel the order, wish I had at this point.

Don't ever order sausage on your pizza at this location. This is the third time that we have received a pizza with sour, rancid sausage on it. I'm not sure how they continue to serve food like this.... but I will never order pizza from this location ever again. The only redeeming thing here is that they refunded my money, but I'm praying that I don't get sick. I've never tasted anything like this.

Not so good Pizza here in Norwood. Very expensively priced and I do not think is that traditionally cooked. I get it, many people here like Papa Gino's but I personally think it is nothing at all that special. I have eaten pizza in Italy, and this is more of what I would classify as an "American pizza." In my opinion, I really like traditionally cooked Italian pizza with an outstanding taste, or at least a well-cooked pizza. Around here, I would recommend Big Y, Pizzeria Regina in Braintree, Conrads or Bertucci's when in the area.

Very slow

Service way to slow. It took more than 20 min for two burgers, and the prices were different compared to the ones shown on the board. Do not order steak burgers

mobile order 5/28/19. App says it will be ready at 6:13pm (ordered at 545pm). Arrive and it's not ready and am told it's going to be another 15 min lol. poor management and clueless employees..

How many times can this place screw up? My mozzarella sticks we're so over cooked the cheese had melted out of the breading. I opened the box to hollow breadsticks essentially. I'm all done here.

Tried the Sandwiches here and so far have been good. Would visit this place again.

Well it was good...this business is no longer open at the Norwood location.

Great food

Tables were not clean, slices were subpar.

Papa Gino's has its own perfect recipes. Some people don't like the crust, but there is also a D'Angelo there as well, offering delicious sandwiched and subs. Definitely check it out, I doubt youd be disappointed.

To slow. Waited 45 fir a snall fry n 3 slices of cheese. Unacceptable.

I don't even know why people are giving papa ginos 1star it's a really good place I love it if you give it 1or 2 stars that means you're a hater.

Good quality food, good customer service descent options,a Little pricy for a pizza place. Good atmosphere and cleaner than most Pizza places.

GM is amazing. Highly recommend this location if you want hot, fresh, and fast.

Can't seem to get what we order. Gave them another chance and they still got it wrong. Looking for another place to get subs. Shouldn't be so hard to get a sub toasted , especially after the manager admits it's on the order.

Ordered online, said pick up was at 11:48. Here at 11:55 and just putting the pizza in. Not impressed.

Slow and doesn't pay attention to orders being ready. Watched my order given to another customer, the manager did apologize and refund the part of order I didn't get.Back to 1 star after trying them again and over half hour to get a sandwich. Watched a customer who came in 15 minutes after me get his sandwich and leave.

Food was decent but I paid $42- for one soda, one pizza and one lobster roll for me and my date and that was $42- for basically a glorified subway sandwich shop with an outdated interior. Add to that the manager kicked out 4 kids that looked normal and clean from neighborhood, after they asked if they could stay inside for a few minutes while their ride came for them. They asked nicely and said it was freezing outside (it was about 30 degrees). She said unless they bought something they couldn’t “hang out”. Unacceptable. Can we go back to an America where we had compassion and valued people for being fellow humans versus treating them like walking piggy banks? That would be nice thanks.

At 7:24pm today, I ordered two slices of pepperoni pizza. It's 8:12pm and I'm still waiting. When I asked where my slices were after 40 minutes, I was told it would be 3 minutes. That was 10 minutes ago. Ah. I finally found the manager. She found my pizza (They were in an oven, forgotten.) and refunded my payment. The guy in line next to me said, "The same thing happened to me yesterday." I have no idea why he's back today. I won't be back.

My husband and I each ordered a large a sub. Each half was only filled half way. The quality of food was not good and I basically had to take the chicken out of one side and put it with the other half. I wouldn't even give it one star but had to so I could write this review. Will never order there again.

Ordered 16" pizza, they sent me a 14". I spoke to the manager, he didn't do anything, careless about customers, treated me like a lier. I love Stash's Pizza of Norwood.

Meh pizza and dining room needs repairs and clean up.

guy gave us x large pizza when our small cheese pizza took a little long and a free drink when me and my friend didn’t have enough money for a drink after we asked the price and said no but he gave it to us anymore

High price, small portions. $8.00 medium cheese steak....didn't come with fries or drink at that price.
